Who's who

What follows is a brief introduction to who’s who within the office.

Douglas J Campbell LLB

Our Senior Partner was educated in Glasgow and is a graduate of Strathclyde University. Douglas handles a broad spectrum of legal matters including Property (buying and selling), Commercial and Wills, Trust and Executry work.

Barbara A T Lock LL.B.

Barbara was born and brought up in Elgin and graduated at Aberdeen University. She has a wealth of experience dealing principally with Property (buying and selling) and also handling Wills, Trust and Executry work.

Robert M Cruickshank LL.B Dip. L.P.

Robert Cruickshank, a Graduate of Aberdeen University, trained with a large Aberdeen Firm, prior to moving to the Moray area and thereafter joined the Firm in 1991. He leads our Court Department dealing with Family Law, Criminal and Civil Court matters.

Lesley Johnston LL.B Dip. L.P.

A Graduate of Edinburgh University, Lesley trained with an Elgin firm and after a period with Banff & Buchan District Council, joined the Firm in 1990. She deals with Property, Family Law, Wills, Trust and Executry matters.

Cash Room

Gail Fraser is our Head Cashier with Lisa Forsyth as her Assistant. Their sound cash room experience ensures safe and smooth handling of clients’ funds.

Property Department

Jeanne Rodger is our Property Manageress who has a wealth of experience and good knowledge of the local property market.

Executry Department

Mrs Margaret Chidwick is the firm’s Executry Assistant who has built up several years experience in the administration of and winding up of Executry estates.
